Services Provided

Psychotherapy

I am trained in different psychotherapy modalities including supportive psychotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, CPT, and DBT. In addition, I am continuing my training to include psychoanalytic theory and framework.

As we work together, there is flexibility in what approach is used. I also aim to work with you on building a therapeutic space that is welcoming to all the parts of you and conducive to developing insight and understanding of self. The work done in therapy can pave the way forward as you connect/reconnect to your values and agency. In this therapeutic space, we can also integrate psychiatric medication management if indicated.

Medication Consultation

If you are already working with a therapist, I have a space in my practice to provide medication management focused care. As part of the evaluative process and treatment, I incorporate psychoeducation, elements of psychotherapy, and behavioral/lifestyle recommendations to support your goals.

NOTE: Due to the limitations of my practice, there are certain services I am not able to offer including: dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as a comprehensive treatment program, child/adolescent services, disability evaluations, forensic evaluations, labor & industries assessments, court-ordered treatment, assessments for work, child custody, and firearm/weapon ownership.

Fees & Insurance

I am currently out-of-network for all insurance providers and can provide you with a monthly itemized receipt (‘superbill”) which you can use to seek possible reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to inquire about your benefits and coverage for out-of-network mental health services.

Please know that this will change in coming months as I am in the process of becoming an in-network provider for Premera, Regence and other insurance plans. Please check here to view updates.

Please contact me directly for more information about current fees and payment methods. I typically provide more information regarding practice policies and fees after our initial conversation and prior to our first appointment.

Good Faith Estimate and No Surprises Act: You have the right to receive a good faith estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost if you do not have insurance or are not using insurance. For more information, see https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
